I hold degrees in Business Administration and Aerospace Maintenance and am currently enrolled in Computer Science, continuing to expand my understanding of systems, technology, and disciplined execution.

Outside of work, I live a disciplined lifestyle focused on continuous growth in four areas: family, finances, health, and service to my community. Improvement is not seasonal — it is daily.

My long-term vision extends beyond business success. My goal is to build a team of highly driven individuals committed to creating meaningful, global change within the construction industry. I believe disciplined leadership, intelligent systems, and personal accountability can elevate not just companies — but people.

I am open about the fact that I am not yet where I ultimately intend to be. Growth is ongoing. The setbacks, mistakes, and difficult seasons of my life have shaped me into a more focused, disciplined leader. They have reinforced the importance of structure, responsibility, and decisive action.
